Product description
Double-walled cooking kettle filled with glycerine, in which a heating element is immersed. The kettle heats the entire surface evenly. There is no contact between the heating element and the product being cooked. Cooking kettle with an agitator for continuous stirring during the cooking process.
Temperature control using a digital controller ensures more accurate temperature measurement and more uniform heating of the cooking kettle.
